Designing the perfect badge

The final size can be discovered through drafting photo proofs.

How big will the text be?
How much information will be on it (name, title, languages, tenure, etc. )?
How large do you want the images to be?
The rest is preference!

It depends on your use case, if the badge is purely ornamental it’s up to you! Most companies like the standard rectangle, easily recognized as a badge. Checking with your branding department, a name tag is a great opportunity to show how creative and fun your business is. We’re always here to help fit your use case!
You have complete control, full color print, routing for unique shapes, embossed, engraved, and direct print, even the badge thickness is yours to decide.
Our most popular are the magnets, a strong secure grip without piercing clothing. They’re all good though. A pin is a great economical choice for sturdier uniforms. A hole allows the use of a lanyard or strap clip. Lanyards are great for showing information on the badge. Strap clips are great for frequent removal and application.

Ordering Process

No design fees for ready to print art work.
We provide design work for a small fee.
We get approval before every step of production. A photo proof for the design and samples before a full run on large orders.
Start by sending us a request for a quote! No need to have all the details figured out, we’ll guide you through the process. After a quick discovery call, quote and proof approval, simply send back a signed copy of your proof along with a PO (if applicable) and we’ll get started!
Credit, Check, ACH, Wire Transfers. Small orders require immediate payment. Net 30, 60, 90.
Absolutely! Once your design is on file with us, reorders are quick and simple. Just send us the new names and we’ll get them out to you fast.
We can accommodate both small and large orders, though smaller orders may come with some limitations and higher per-unit costs. Reach out for a quote and we’ll find the best option for your needs!

Delivery

All of them! Mostly USPS, FedEx, & UPS. We’re flexible and work with couriers of your choice for pallet deliveries.
Yes! We’re here to make distributing our products to your locations easy.
Yes! Our goal is to fit seamlessly into your current workflow.
Yes! Our Release Program lets you set up a pre-order allocation account so every location can get new badges quickly, in most cases shipping same day or next day, with no extra charge beyond shipping and handling.
